Tricia is from a real estate family, her aunt and uncle, George and Corrine Oakes, founded Twin Oaks Real Estate. She grew up watching Corrine help clients while at family functions which showed Tricia that dedication to clients is possible while maintaining work/life balance. In the beginning of Tricia’s real estate career, Corrine was her mentor, and instilled in her that a client first mentality is the only path to success. Prior to her real estate career, Tricia was a successful Executive Assistant at a prominent art university in San Francisco. Her attention to details and honest work ethic are a promising combination. She has lived in the Bay Area since 2012 and grew up spending many of her summers around Solano County with family. She is passionate about finding the perfect home for each of her clients. She loves touring homes, and carries that enthusiasm into every transaction. Tricia is friendly, honest and competitive which enables her to compete in any market. She is known to be highly responsive which has helped her clients to get their offers accepted even when they were not the highest bidder. In her personal time she enjoys photography, traveling, going to the beach and spending time with friends and family. You will also find her in Napa or Sonoma at a winery with her husband.
