Paulo was born in Germany and moved to the Bay Area at a young age. He spent the majority of his youth in Danville and now lives there with his own family. He has previously resided in San Francisco and the San Mateo area.
Paulo has worked for a variety of Bay Area-based tech companies over the past 12 years. His work in tech has offered him direct exposure to cutting-edge advances in lending, commerce, AI, and crypto – and the people behind them.
Paulo believes that the mainstream real estate industry is boring and stuck in the past. With his playful and unconventional approach, he aims to make the home buying and selling process a fun, educational, and productive experience.
Paulo is actively involved in his local community. Paulo has mentored dozens of college students and young people on how to effectively present themselves to employers and find meaning and purpose in their work. Paulo has also spent the past 5 years as a math instructor at Mount Tamalpais College, a first-of-its-kind school focused on serving the men incarcerated at San Quentin State Prison.
