Our two convenient office locations in Walnut Creek and Benicia are designed to support our agents and serve our clients with top-notch facilities and a welcoming atmosphere. Here’s a brief overview of what each location offers:

Just minutes from downtown Walnut Creek and right off Highway 680, our new office provides exceptional accessibility and a professional setting for agents and clients. The ground-floor suite features abundant natural light and convenient entry.

Amenities:

  • Parking: Agents may park in the Permit Parking Only spaces in the building lot — no permit required. These are reserved exclusively for Twin Oaks agents (please do not park in spaces marked for Dr. Patel). Six green visitor parking spots are available for clients and guests.
  • Flexible Workspaces: Enjoy three private hotel offices and additional open workstations available daily on a first-come basis. Three soundproof phone booths are also available in the back of the training room for private calls.
  • Reservable Meeting Areas: The Conference Room (with TV and Zoom Bar) is ideal for client meetings, while the spacious Training Room is perfect for presentations or team events. Reservations are required for both.
  • Recording Studio: A dedicated, reservable space designed for creating professional social media, podcast, or video content.
  • Connectivity, Printing & Binding: High-speed Twin Oaks WiFi, printer/scanner with “Scan to Phone” capability, and a professional binding machine for document prep.
  • Kitchen & Office Support: Includes a kitchen area, basic office supplies, and daily janitorial service for a clean and comfortable workspace.
 

Receptionist available 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. After hours, agents may access the office with their personalized door code.

Special Notes:

  • Please note there is no receptionist at this location. Make sure to plan accordingly and if you’re a Twin Oaks agent, ensure you have been assigned a door code prior to arriving.

Nestled in the heart of downtown Walnut Creek, our office suite is located on the 2nd floor of the building. It offers a dynamic workspace for agents and a professional environment for client meetings.

Amenities: 

  • Parking: Three dedicated spaces for Twin Oaks agents, with additional parking available at the nearby South Locust Garage (paid) and Olympia Place Customer Parking (free).
  • Workspace: Communal desks available by reservation or on a first-come, first-serve basis, with a private conference room and training room perfect for meetings and presentations.
  • Technology: High-speed WiFi, wireless printer/scanner, and a fully equipped Zoom bar for virtual meetings.
  • Kitchen: A small kitchen space available for all & staff to use.

Nestled right on vibrant First Street, our Benicia office immerses you in the heart of the historic downtown district. This prime location offers more than just a workspace—it places you directly in the flow of the local community. With the seasonal Farmers Market right at your doorstep, you have a unique and lively backdrop to connect with neighbors and showcase your services.

  • Hassle-Free Parking: Enjoy the convenience of free street parking throughout the downtown area. Note: During the Farmers Market season (Thursdays, 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM), First Street transforms into a pedestrian haven, so please park on adjacent streets.
  • Dynamic Workspaces: All desks are hotel style. In the shared offices, you will find six desks equipped with monitors (two in each shared office). Additionally, the communal working area in the back of the training room features six more open desks (without monitors).
  • Professional Meeting Areas: Elevate your client interactions in our private Conference Room. Ideally suited for consultations and signings, this space ensures you always make a professional impression. Reservations are given priority and can be easily made on the Agent Portal.
  • Top-Tier Connectivity & Production: Everything you need to produce stunning marketing materials is right here. Access high-speed Twin Oaks WiFi, a Kyocera printer/scanner with seamless “scan-to-email” functionality, and a professional binding machine to give your listing presentations a polished, high-end finish.
  • Comfort & Essentials: Our workspace is designed for your comfort, featuring a fully equipped kitchen for your breaks. The supply cabinet is always stocked with essential office resources (folders, pens, envelopes), and we even offer on-site key copying equipment to streamline your listing prep.

  • Farmers Market: Seasonal market right outside the office, offering a great opportunity to engage with the community.
