Originally from Southern California, Newport Beach. Natalie moved to Concord after graduating Chico State. She worked various jobs to support herself, and after fighting to make ends meet with part-time jobs and side gigs, she found a passion through connecting people with homes and apartments. The job taught her that each person looking to find a place to call home requires individual care and attention.
After struggling to find an apartment herself due to pet restrictions, she decided to get her real estate license. Shortly after, she learned about the market and decided to invest in rentals. As a real estate owner and investor, she learned about hidden gems, local market trends and pricing. The experience helped develop strong negotiation skills along the way.
