• Sold the Esparto Train Station and Commercial acres it sat on in Esparto, CA
• Negotiated the transfer of 454 acres of Agriculture Land at Deer Creek and Balfour Rds., Pittsburg/Antioch, CA
• Negotiated the sale and transfer of the former PG&E building at 17th and Clay Street in Oakland, CA
