Eddie Silva is a REALTOR® at Twin Oaks Real Estate in downtown Benicia. Born and raised in Solano County, Eddie is very familiar with both Benicia and Vacaville, having lived in both cities for most of his life. The past 14 years, Eddie lived in Petaluma where he was a first time home owner so he completely understands the first time home buyer experience. Recently, Eddie has moved back to Benicia, his hometown. A graduate of Benicia High School (class of 98, GO PANTHERS!) Eddie has been deeply involved in the community serving as a volunteer firefighter and as a member of the Portuguese B.D.E.S along with his dad. Eddie has also served as a resident firefighter for the Cordelia Fire Protection District and as an EMT on the county’s ambulance company. Not only does Eddie call Benicia home, but Solano County as a whole.
Eddie is a single dad of three wonderful children (two girls and one boy) who is leaving the healthcare/public safety industry to focus on real estate. His hope is to create a more work/life balance to spend more time with his children while still helping people. When Eddie isn’t helping people achieve their real estate goals, you can usually find him in the gym. He’s an amateur bodybuilder and a Lego® expert builder. But more importantly, he enjoys spending time with his kids and having family time.
