I was born in California and grew up in the Philippines where I have had the good fortune of working as a chef for top hotels and high end restaurants for 15+years. I learned attention to detail, the value of hard work and the pursuit of excellence. Engaging with people from all walks of life has always been a huge part of my career. Not one to buckle down when challenges come my way, I believe that taking care of my body/health is my priority, keeping fit physically and mentally in order to function effectively and efficiently across a range of situations. I am adventurous and I like thinking out of the box, turning the ordinary to extraordinary.
My background in the cutthroat, highly-charged and extremely demanding restaurant business has prepared me well to explore the real estate business. It gave me the ability, the perseverance, mindset and negotiation skills to navigate this field.
